Maintenance Payment 

You can schedule, manage and pay your maintenance online in 3 easy steps:
  1. Go to www.myassociationbanking.com & click on "Pay Your Dues"
  2. In the search box, enter "Kendall Grove HOA"
  3. Login or register as a first time user.  As a first time user, you will be required to input your account # (found on your monthly payment coupons).  Once you enter your account #, you will be asked to create a user name and password.  Once created, you'll be able to access your account and process the payments online.

To obtain a replacement mailbox key, the homeowner should coordinate with the local post office.

Courtesy Property Management provides the homeowners the following services for a nominal fee:

​You may use the following form to request a replacement pedestrian gate key, a replacement remote, a new PIN code or make changes to your directory entry.  If you prefer, you can print and mail the main gate changes form or submit your request via email  directly to management.
