IMPORTANT:
- Roof colors must be presented to the Association for approval prior to painting your roof.
- The fascia board, soffits and wooden fences that face the street MUST be painted white.
- Please ensure to submit the Architectural Modification Form prior to painting your home, roof or driveway for the Association's approval. The form can also be obtained by contacting Courtesy Property Management.
If you are using a pre-approved color from the choices below, you may use the Pre-Approved Form in leu of the Architectural Modification Form. This will expedite your request and you can begin painting your home sooner.
